In the Original Investigation titled “Evaluation of Low-Dose, Low-Frequency Oral Psoralen–UV-A Treatment With or Without Maintenance on Early-Stage Mycosis Fungoides: A Randomized Clinical Trial,”1 published online March 20, 2019, and in the May print issue of JAMA Dermatology, there were errors in the Abstract, Results, Discussion, Table, and Figure 3. A score range given as (1-47) should have been (1-66); treatment response dose given as 71.7 J/cm2 should have been 94.4 J/cm2; accumulated UVA dose given as 80.0 J/cm2 should have been 95.0 J/cm2; MF features score reduction given as 3 patients (23%) should have been 3 patients (12%); and the percentage calculation given as 15 (72%) of 21 should have been 15 (71%) of 21. Figure 3 contained plotting errors in panel A, which have been extended or deleted, and bar length errors in panel B, which have been adjusted. This article was corrected online. This article was previously corrected in May 2019 for errors in Abstract, Results, and Figure 2.2
