In Reply We appreciate the interest of Fraser and colleagues in our recent Research Letter.1 They highlight several key limitations we could not address given the tight word count constraints. Knowledge is built 1 step at a time, and we agree that the natural next step would be to compare performance using real-world cases across a broad range of clinical conditions. We hope to pursue work in that direction in the future.
