To the Editor In their Original Investigation in a recent issue of JAMA Internal Medicine, Jefferson and Pearson1 reported on adherence to Institute of Medicine (IOM) conflict of interest standards in the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases and Infectious Diseases Society of America (AASLD/IDSA) Recommendations for Testing, Managing, and Treating Hepatitis C.2
