To the Editor We read with interest the Research Letter by Duan et al1 published in a recent issue of JAMA Internal Medicine. Duan et al1 make a remarkable contribution to the data regarding β-blocker exposure during pregnancy and cardiac anomalies for which conflicting findings among the studies exist.2-4
