To the Editor I was a family member included in the Original Investigation published in a recent issue of JAMA Internal Medicine by Moore and colleagues on communication-and-resolution programs (CRPs) after medical injury.1 I step forward with a unique perspective: I am a physician-sister of a loved one who died. You can hear the clinical details surrounding her death in my TEDx talk.2
