To the Editor We read the excellent study by Dr Wang and colleagues1 with great enthusiasm and appreciation. Their study suggests that there is no association between prenatal exposure to antipsychotics and attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), preterm birth, or small for gestational age.1 This is an important study; however, we highlight 3 limitations that should make for cautious interpretation of the study conclusion.
