In Reply We appreciate the interest in our case report1 and the letters submitted by Drs Li and Chen and Drs Zhao and Wang. Our report primarily focused on the limited accuracy of postarrest electrocardiogram (ECG) ST-segment elevations in the diagnosis of acute coronary occlusion and the potential and immediate implications for clinical management. However, we would like to acknowledge and further discuss the interesting points made in the letters.
