This is the latest of a series of papers published by the Institute for Sex Research that was founded by Dr. Alfred C. Kinsey. As the title indicates, it deals with sex offenders of all kinds. I can remember, years ago, Dr. Kinsey telling me that he had spent much time in San Quentin prison in California, interviewing all the sex offenders. He thought quite a few of them should never have been jailed. He found one couple, a man and his wife, who one Sunday were trying out some form of the sex act, perhaps cunnilingus, when a door opened and a couple of their children came into the room. They saw what was going on and went out and told their chums about it. The chums told their parents, the parents told the police, and pretty soon this perfectly harmless and respectable couple were in State's prison, because
