In the Original Article entitled "Factors Affecting Plasma Calcium Concentration During Hemodialysis" by Harry S. Tamm; Karl D. Nolph, MD; and John F. Maher, MD, which appeared in the November issue (Arch Intern Med128:769-773, 1971) the following errors appeared: On page 770, equation 5, the first parenthesis in the denominator of the first term should appear before the P, and the square sign should be omitted from both the numerator and denominator of the term after the first equal sign. In Table 2, the first column head should read UF/P Total Calcium and the second, UF/P Ionized Calcium.
