Abstract

Rulon W. Rawson, MD... named vice-president for education and program development, University of Texas M.D. Anderson Hospital and Tumor Institute, Houston. Dr. Rawson also will serve as an internist and professor of medicine on the Anderson staff. For the past five years, he has been vice-president, professor, and dean of medicine at the New Jersey College of Medicine and Dentistry, Newark.

B.L. Martz, MD... to docent, School of Medicine, University of Missouri-Kansas City. A docent is a teacher, administrator, evaluator, ombudsmen, counselor, program planner for each student's curriculum needs.

Robert L. Leopold, MD... to chairman, Department of Community Medicine, University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He succeeds William L. Kissick, MD... resigning to develop new academic programs for medical and graduate students in health care administration and to do research in community medicine.

James R. Klinenberg, MD... to director, Divisions of Medicine, Cedars-Sinai
