Abstract

Clinical trials of disseminated Hodgkin's disease were carried out during the last ten years by Acute Leukemia Group B. A gradual development of intensification of therapy has taken place from unmaintained singleagent treatment to intensive multiple-agent therapy followed by long-term maintenance, with corresponding improvement of frequency and duration of remissions.
