Effects of Captopril on Both Hypertension and ProteinuriaReport of a Case of Renovascular Hypertension Associated With Nephrotic Syndrome

Arch Intern Med. 1980;140(11):1531-1533. doi:10.1001/archinte.1980.00330220079029
Abstract

• In a case of renovascular hypertension associated with nephrotic syndrome, captopril showed a dramatic effect on massive proteinuria, probably due to the inhibition of proteinuriainducing action of angiotensin II.
