Epler1 recently presented an excellent review of bronchiolitis obliterans organizing pneumonia (BOOP), and in this classification, sarcoidosis is not described. Therefore, we thought it would be interesting to report a case of sarcoidosis-associated BOOP whose radiographic aspect is atypical, showing alveolar opacities with consolidations. This form of alveolar sarcoidosis appears in less than 10% of cases,2- 6 and its association with BOOP has not been previously described.
