Error in Key Points and Omission of Collaborators in Article Information

JAMA Intern Med. 2020;180(11):1555. doi:10.1001/jamainternmed.2020.4568

The Original Investigation titled, “Factors Associated With Death in Critically Ill Patients With Coronavirus Disease 2019 in the US,”1 published online July 15, 2020, contained errors in the Key Points and the Article Information. The revised sentence in the Key Points reads, “Factors associated with death included older age, male sex, morbid obesity, coronary artery disease, cancer, acute organ dysfunction, and admission to a hospital with fewer intensive care unit beds.” In the Article Information, a listing of the STOP-COVID Investigators was added. This article has been corrected online.
