In the Original Investigation titled “Impaired Muscle Mitochondrial Biogenesis and Myogenesis in Spinal Muscular Atrophy,”1 published online April 6, 2015, and in the June 2015 print issue of JAMA Neurology, a second affiliation for Dr Balottin was missing. In the Author Affiliations portion of the Article Information section, the affiliations for Drs Berardinelli and Balottin should read as follows: “Child Neuropsychiatry Unit, C. Mondino National Neurological Institute, Pavia, Italy (Berardinelli, Balottin); Child Neuropsychiatry Unit, Department of Brain and Behavioral Sciences, University of Pavia, Pavia, Italy (Balottin).” This article was corrected online.
