In Reply We appreciate the comments of Castañeda and colleagues on our article1 and are grateful to them for raising an important issue in the management of antisynthetase syndrome. Our study contrasts with several reports from their study group, the American-European Network of Antisynthetase Syndrome, and the following 3 matters are important.2,3
