Superior Sagittal Sinus Thrombosis

Arch Neurol. 1977;34(1):2-6. doi:10.1001/archneur.1977.00500130022004
Abstract

• Seven patients had superior sagittal sinus thrombosis diagnosed by cerebral arteriography. We recommend that anti-coagulants not be used in the therapy of this entity, but rather that one should rely on antiedematous agents and anticonvulsants.
