To the Editor.—
This is a follow-up on the case report, "Primary Intracranial Lymphoma of the Dura" (Archives 1980;37:528-529). The patient was admitted to the hospital in July 1980 with hip pain. A computerized tomographic bone scan revealed several metastatic lesions. He received radiation treatment to painful areas, and therapy was started with cyclophosphamide, vincristine sulfate, and prednisone.
