This book thoroughly treats the role of computed tomography (CT) in the assessment of orbital diseases and disorders occurring in the region of the sella turcica. After reviewing CT methods and normal orbital CT anatomy, the authors discuss the use of this tool in the diagnosis of a variety of orbital processes, including neoplastic (primary and metastatic), trauma, vascular, inflammatory, and congenital. Specific chapters are devoted to Graves' ophthalmopathy, diseases of the globe, and sella turcica syndromes.
