This is an easily readable and well-referenced textbook on EEG as it relates to clinical neurology. In this edition, a new chapter on event-related potentials has been added, as well as a new section on recording outside the EEG laboratory. Many chapters from the previous edition have been revised and expanded. One deficiency is that many of the illustrations are not clearly reproduced. Otherwise, this remains an excellent textbook of clinical EEG and will be useful to residents and practicing neurologists.
