This is a well-orchestrated book, nicely combining discussions of laboratory and clinical problems, chiefly in Parkinson's disease. It will be of special value to clinicians who wish to keep in touch with investigators. Of particular interest are the chapters on the genetics of parkinsonism and the classification of drug side effects. At the end of the volume, there are several chapters on the surgical treatment of tremor and related disorders.
