To the Editor.
—I wish to comment on the statement, "aneurysms of cerebral vessels in tuberous sclerosis have been found only twice,"1,2 in the article by Beall and Delaney.3 They apparently overlooked my article, "Intraventricular Aneurysm Associated With Tuberous Sclerosis," in the Archives.4 Thus, to the best of my knowledge, a total of four cases of tuberous sclerosis with intracranial aneurysm have been reported in the literature. Of them, one ruptured with massive subarachnoid hemorrhage,3 two produced symptoms due to the mass effect of the aneurysm,1,2 and one was found incidentally at autopsy.4
