Abstract

In the article entitled "Neurosyphilis: A Comparative Study of the Effects of Infection With Human Immunodeficiency Virus," published in the March 1993 issue of the Archives (1993;50:243-249), two errors occurred. First, on page 244, in Table 1, the second and third listing under the column "CSF, WBC Count ×106/L," should have read ">5" [not "about 5"]. Second, on page 245, in Table 2, two daggers were missing from the first entries in the third and fourth columns. The dagger footnote should have read as follows: "Significantly different (P≤.05) from HIV uninfected (HIV negative)."
