edited by Peter Baxter, 181 pp, London, England, MacKeith Press, 2001.
Peter Baxter's chapter on pyridoxine-dependent/responsive seizures is reason enough to read this book, but the 10 other chapters, which concisely cover a variety of vitamin-responsive conditions, make for an excellent review. Overall, the chapters are closely edited and provide an excellent historical overview and a minimum of biochemical minutiae, along with clear, well-referenced discussions of clinical presentations and interesting reviews of current controversies and research.
