Error in Author Affiliations. In the Images in Neurology article titled “Chemotherapy-Associated Peripheral Sensory Neuropathy Assessed Using In Vivo Corneal Confocal Microscopy” by Ferrari et al, published in the March issue of the Archives (2010;67[3]:364-365), one of Dr Ferrari's affiliations was left out of the Author Affiliations line. His affiliation should read, Department of Ophthalmology, Schepens Eye Research Institute, Harvard Medical School, Boston, Massachusetts, and G. B. Bietti Eye Foundation, Istituto di Ricovero e Cura a Carattere Scientifico, Rome, Italy.
