Dr. William F. Windle Appointed Research Professor.—
Dr. William F. Windle has been appointed Research Professor in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the New York University School of Medicine. Dr. Windle was formerly Director of the Laboratory of Neuroanatomical Sciences of the National Institute of Neurological Diseases and Blindness of the United States Public Health Service in Bethesda and the Laboratory of Perinatal Physiology at San Juan, Puerto Rico.
