To the Editor The study by Nicolosi et al1 argued that all men with localized prostate cancer should undergo genetic testing because a high rate of germline variants in men who did not meet current testing guidelines was identified in their study cohort. Although expanding the criteria for germline testing may have some advantages, we are uncertain that these data strongly support that action.
