Decisional Regret Among Men With Prostate Cancer: What Is Involved?

Prostate cancer remains the second most common cancer among men in the US,1 with 3 main options for treatment of localized prostate cancer: radical prostatectomy, radiotherapy, and active surveillance. A decision to have a particular treatment may cause decisional regret due to unwanted outcomes.2
