Errors in Author Affiliations and Figure 2

In the Original Investigation titled “Association of 5α-Reductase Inhibitors With Prostate Cancer Mortality,”¹ the affiliation for Andrea Discacciati (Department of Medical Epidemiology and Biostatistics, Karolinska Institutet, Solna, Sweden) was missing. Additionally, there were errors in the y-axis scale of Figure 2A. This article was corrected online.
