Prepapillary Vascular Loop—Reply

In Reply We thank Dr Walland for his interest and comments regarding our article.¹ Dr Walland correctly points out that his article from 1993 presented a similar case of a young patient with prepapillary vascular loop and associated branch retinal arterial occlusion (BRAO) in the setting of antecedent head trauma.² We previously were unaware of this article, as a literature search using the PubMed database including the terms retinal artery occlusion and vascular loop did not register his publication. We apologize for the oversight and are glad to have this corrected.
