Intravenous, intra-arterial, and intravitreous chemotherapy are modern treatments for retinoblastoma that can achieve favorable tumor control and globe salvage without facial disfigurement that may follow external beam radiotherapy.1-4 A girl in her second year of life with bilateral germline-mutation retinoblastoma received intravenous chemotherapy and subsequent intra-arterial and intravitreous chemotherapy with complete tumor control.
