A young Hispanic boy with Marfan syndrome presented with decreased vision and was noted to have bilateral superotemporal subluxation of the crystalline lenses (Figure). His medical history was remarkable for cardiac abnormalities associated with his underlying disease. His family history was positive for a fraternal twin brother who also had Marfan syndrome and bilateral lens subluxation.
