In the Clinical Challenge, “Retinal Hemorrhages in a Patient With Petechiae,”1 published in April 2019, the normal range of red blood cells was misreported as 14 to 18 × 106/μL. The correct value is 3.9 to 5.5 × 106/μL. The article was corrected online.
