CIRCUMSCRIBED choroidal hemangioma is a benign vascular tumor that may affect central vision.1 Asymptomatic lesions are managed by periodic observation. Treatment is employed when secondary serous retinal detachment threatens or impairs central vision. Treatment options include laser photocoagulation1,2 or low-dose radiotherapy.3
