A lead colour round the eyes, denotes in general weakness, cacochymyand cachexia, or obstructions in the bowels; in hysteria, spasms; those whoyield themselves up to the habit of the detestable vice of onanism; libertines,debauchees, those subject to frequent pollutions of the gonorrhoea; in chronicdiarrhoea, enfeebling the system; among females, the effect of the superabundanceof the menstrual discharge, excess of venereal pleasures or pregnancy; inthe plethoric, a hemorrhage: in the cachectic, a fluor albus.
