The article titled “Revised Indications for the Treatment of Retinopathy of Prematurity”1 provided results of treatment on eyes with prethreshold retinopathy of prematurity (ROP) that were at highest risks for the development of threshold ROP. Based on the study data, the authors recommend a clinical algorithm to treat cases with ROP. Is it possible to look at the data slightly differently?
