Paul Römer Festschrift.—The February number of the Zeitschrift für Augenheilkunde is devoted to a "Festschrift" in honor of the sixtieth birthday of Paul Römer, professor of ophthalmology in the University of Bonn. The number contains an excellent photograph of Professor Römer, and the following papers: 1.
