I. GRAPHIC RECORD  To ophthalmologists who have tried to make a detailed study of data collected from a series of cases of glaucoma, it has seemed desirable to use some method of graphic representation. Even if one is not particularly interested in analyzing a large number of cases, it is a great advantage to be able to review the progress in a particular case by a glance at a chart. The alternative is to review all the data from often voluminous records at a time when one is occupied with busy office routine.
