National Society for the Prevention of Blindness.
—Dr. Mark J. Schoenberg, chairman of the glaucoma committee, is now in charge of the station for checking the accuracy of original Schiøtz tonometers which is maintained at the headquarters of the society, 1790 Broadway, New York. Dr. Adolph Posner, who formerly directed the tonometerchecking station, is on active duty with the Medical Corps, Army of the United States.

—The seventy-ninth annual meeting will be held at the Homestead, Hot Springs, Va., on May 31, June 1 and June 2, 1943.The members are requested to send to the chairman of the Program Committee, Dr. Walter I. Lillie, Philadelphia, as soon as possible, the titles and brief abstracts of such papers as they desire to present at the meeting.
