While this book may have been primarily designed for students and practitioners of dentistry, it contains an excellent section on anatomy of the orbit and its contents for the practicing ophthalmologist. The author is, in fact, the attending maxillofacial surgeon in plastic surgery at the Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital in New York. The illustrations are excellent. It will be useful to supplement the standard works on anatomy.
