To the Editor:  —I speak for both Dr. Neely and myself in apologizing for our remission in overlooking Dr. Hill's father's article on this subject published in the Transactions of the American Ophthalmological Society in 1955. We are particularly embarrassed because of the excellence of the article and the discussion which followed.
