To the Editor:
The article by Drs. DeLong, Paley, and MacFarlane in the May 1965 issue entitled, "Ocular Changes Associated with Long-Term Chlorpromazine Therapy," mentioned the sex and race of the 131 patients examined, but failed to give this data for the 49 patients who showed the ocular changes associated with long-term chlorpromazine therapy. Since in the original description of these findings by Greiner and Berry in the Canadian Medical Association Journal (90:663-665, 1964), the changes were found only in Caucasian females, I think it would be of interest to have the sex and race recorded. Are these figures available?
