A meibomian gland carcinoma in a 56-year-old white woman was treated elsewhere with what appeared to be an insufficient dose of radiotherapy followed by a recurrence one year after treatment. Radiotherapy was again given, resulting in apparent complete regression of the tumor. Thus far, after a followup period of 21 months, there has been no evidence of recurrence. External photographs and photomicrographs of the original and recurrent tumor are presented.
