Dark Adaptation in Amblyopia

Arch Ophthalmol. 1968;79(6):697-704. doi:10.1001/archopht.1968.03850040699007
Abstract

The dark adaptation process of ten amblyopic children was studied. Threshold defects were found particulary during the early phase of dark adaptation. The defects were found to be partially reversible. The significance in terms of the retinal mechanisms of adaptation is discussed.
