Lymphoma as a Cause of Hyphema

Abstract

A case of spontaneous hyphema presents in adolescence as the prominent sign of systemic lymphoma. The ocular findings are similar to those of juvenile xanthogranuloma, but evidence of widespread systemic disease leads to the correct diagnosis.
