Errors in Dosage.
—The article "A New Concept for Vitreous Surgery: 6. Anesthesia and Improvements in Surgical Techniques," published in the SURGICAL TECHNIQUES section of the November Archives (92:402-406, 1974), contained two dosage errors on page 402, in column 2. The sentence beginning in line 21 of that column should read as follows: "About one hour before the operation, the adult patient is given 10 mg of diazepam (Valium) and 1 mg of droperidol (Inapsin) intramuscularly." As published, the sentence incorrectly gave the dosage of diazepam as 100 mg and the dosage of droperidol as 0.1 mg.
