Eleventh Annual Bronson Course in Ultrasound.
—The Department of Ophthalmology, University of Louisville, will host the Annual Bronson Course in Diagnostic Ophthalmic Ultrasound on Oct 30-Nov 1, 1975.The course will present minimal fundamentals of engineering necessary for clinical utilization of ultrasound and teach operational characteristics of commercial instruments and their standardization. Didactic presentations will be supplemented by laboratory sessions with animal preparations, paired student attendees, and a few selected patients. Particular emphasis will be placed on diagnosis of ocular and orbital neoplasms, differential diagnostic characteristics, foreign-body localization, vitreous change, and retinal detachment. Attention will be given to new federal regulatory projections and new equipment modifications.The faculty will include Drs. N. R. Bronson, D. J. Coleman, Y. L. Fisher, A. H. Keeney, K. C. Ossoinig, E. Purnell, J. Shields, and Mr. N. Pickering.The course is accredited and the registration fee is $135 for practitioners and $50 for
