This book records the transactions of the 19th annual convention of the Contact Lens Society of America held in February 1974. Members of the society are technicians, many of whom have pioneered early developments in the contact lens field and who remain in the forefront of more recent technical achievements. The content of this text reflects the importance of their contributions. Unfortunately, the papers vary greatly in quality, and although many points of interest are discussed, it is doubtful that most clinicians would find it worth their while to read this book.
