This short monograph is a synopsis on orbital anatomy prepared by the renowned Dutch anatomist and ophthalmologist. The text is complemented by 20 sketches illustrating frontal, sagittal, and transversal sections through the human orbit. The highlight, however, is a series of 20 four-color positive transparencies depicting the anatomy of the orbit in beautiful specimens. This book should be a most useful introduction for anyone interested in orbital surgery.
