Abstract

This pocket atlas contains color illustrations of common ocular conditions to aid the medical student or nonophthalmic physician in making a quick diagnosis of ocular abnormalities. The quality of the illustrations is outstanding. The legends give a brief, clear description of the condition. The one-page introductions to each chapter are concise summaries of the anatomy, physiology, and clinical pathology of the ocular structure involved, with five chapters devoted to the retina.

It is fortunate that Blodi's translation has made this book available to English-speaking physicians.
